For my Dad's birthday the whole family went to Disneyland for the weekend- including my Aunt Holly, Cousin Tiffany and Allison. We had a super good time. I forgot how much fun Disneyland really is. It was Farley's first official time there along with Lyla, Brody and Riley.  The first day we were in the middle of one of the fires. It was pretty intense. But it cleared up for our day at Disneyland! Lyla got her very own Mickey ears and portrait done with her daddy. Pretty darn cute! Thanks for everything mom & dad!

my first election...

On election night we all gathered over at Libby and Matt's hoping to celebrate the Obama win! When the good news was announced we were all pretty emotional. It's really cool that Lyla's first election was such a historical event! I love it when the good guys win!

happy halloween!

Halloween is for sure my favorite holiday... but this year we procrastinated a little bit. Our costumes were not the best. I was a weird doll, Farley was a pirate and Lyla was a little bear.  We hung with the Biehls and my parents and went trick or treating in atwater. Riley was a super cure version of Bam Bam and had a blast! Oh and of course the Wachters stopped by and once again nailed their costumes! Pretty awesome!

We hung with Riley and they took us to Michaelangelo for dinner... mmm!
